Jay Dempsey Joins Monument Square Investment Group as Partner

Monument Square Investment Group (“MSIG”) announced that Jay Dempsey has joined the firm as a Partner and member of its Investment Committee. In his role, Dempsey will work alongside MSIG’s partners and senior leadership to advance the firm’s investment strategy and growth initiatives. He will help shape investment mandates and new strategies, evaluate opportunities across the platform, and strengthen relationships with investors, capital partners and other strategic counterparties. Dempsey has worked closely with MSIG’s leadership team for years through prior investment partnerships, bringing an established working relationship and experience building and scaling investment and operating platforms to the firm. Dempsey brings extensive experience in principal real estate investing, development, operations, capital formation and banking.
