Monument Square Investment Group Promotes Kris Shepherd to Associate Vice President, Investments

Monument Square Investment Group (“MSIG”) has promoted Kris Shepherd to Associate Vice President, Investments. Kris is a member of MSIG’s investment team and is responsible for analysis, diligence and sourcing portfolio investments and for MSIG’s multifamily platform. Additionally, Kris works closely with MSIG’s asset management team throughout the lifecycle of the firm’s investments and has been actively involved in portfolio dispositions.
