Monument Square Investment Group Closes on the Disposition of Troy Court Commerce Center,  a Three-Building Class-A Industrial Portfolio in Jurupa Valley, CA

A partnership between Monument Square Investment Group (“MSIG”), Birtcher Anderson & Davis, and HPS Investment Partners (collectively the “JV”) has sold Troy Court Commerce Center (the “Property”). The Property is a 2024-vintage industrial park comprised of three institutional-quality warehouses buildings totaling approximately 190,000 NRSF. The Project is strategically located in the Inland Empire West submarket of greater Los Angeles with immediate access to the 60 Freeway, Interstate 10, and Interstate 15. The JV commenced construction in September 2022, and the buildings were sold individually to owner/users in Q4 2025.
