Monument Square Investment Group Closes on the Disposition of Trulo Homes Jenks, a 138-unit Build-To-Rent Community in Jenks, OK

A partnership between Monument Square Investment Group (“MSIG”) and Red River Development (collectively the “JV”) has sold Trulo Homes Jenks (the “Property”). The Property is a 2023-vintage, 138-unit cottage-style build-to-rent community in the Greater Tulsa MSA. The Property is strategically located in southwest Jenks, an affluent community bordering south Tulsa, which boasts the highest-rated school system in the state of Oklahoma. The Property offers a mix of one, two, and three bedroom detached apartment homes that each feature private enclosed back yards, class-A interior finishes, and 10’0” ceilings throughout. The JV commenced construction in July 2021 and stabilized the Property in December 2023.
