Monument Square Investment Group Hires Ryan Wafer as Senior Associate, Asset Management

Monument Square Investment Group (“MSIG”) has recently hired Ryan Wafer as a Senior Associate on its Asset Management team where he will primarily be responsible for the ongoing asset- and portfolio-level management across the firm’s verticals. Ryan will be actively involved in managing the operations of the firm’s portfolio and will work closely with the senior asset management team, investment team and property management teams, as well as the firm’s joint venture partners to mitigate risk and optimize business plan execution.
